Our mission is to provide you with a connection to practioners and healers who we feel are authentic and working from a place of integrity. In addition, we are creating an online library of published works and writings from our teachers, students and artists who are dedicated to sharing their insights and stories.

Artist Spotlight
 Jon Sherman -Flute Maker-Jon has been expressing poetry through music with an intent toward connection and spiritual unity with the natural world for over 20 years. Bringing that same intent into his flute making,he uses trimmed or wind-felled tree branches gathered from local gardens and places in nature. He feels the branch flute to be an extension of the spirit of the tree, inspiring making and playing flutes. Jon is currently in full residency at the Nottingham Center for the Arts. www.dyradflutes.com

Notes from the Editor
As I sit on my patio, here at Elder Palms Sanctuary in Vista California, on a gorgeous spring afternoon, seedlings from the willow trees move and dance in mid air. The wind carries the seedlings to their new destination to begin life anew symbolic of planting seeds for new visions.
The seeds are from the Willow tree and in the Apache tradition Willow medicine is accessibility, a confirmation that we're back once again to serve communities. Just a few weeks ago, two ducks landed in the pool adjacent to the patio and on that day four of us were facilitating an event which coincided with the passing of two beloved people within our community. Duck medicine is emotional comfort. A Hawk flies by as I type this welcome letter...its medicine is messenger...
